Preparing to release his forthcoming EP in the coming days, Killer Kane continues to elevate as a force in the underground music scene with consistent, quality releases.

It’s been a successful year for The NJ-based music producer. Kane released “Drifting Upstream” in late June, and the project was a master class in beat making. The beat tape had a lot to offer in a short amount of time. It is a collection of 18 songs in just over 25 minutes.

Following the stellar beat tape, Kane joined forces with the talented Chicago singer-songwriter-rapper, Rich Jones, for their collaborative and meditative release called “Blue Beach.”

The project was received favorably by music critics. It earned a spot on Bandcamp’s popular newsletter, Bandcamp Daily, for The Best Hip-Hop on Bandcamp: September 2021 edition. It was also in legendary company with artists such as Common and Elucid, and acts such as Injury Reserve.

Kane doesn’t appear to have any intention of slowing down, and he will be releasing his third project of the year: “Shark Repellent.”

What To Expect:

Kane’s newest EP features contributions from an underground titan, Lord Jah-Monte Ogbon. He is present on two tracks. Kane's newest work showcases his knack for manipulating samples and establishing a cohesive sonic landscape. The soulful production style complements Ogbon's sharp delivery and clever rhymes. The EP is a quick but memorable journey with high replay value.

Be sure to pre-order Kane’s new effort via Bandcamp, and follow him on Twitter to keep up with his announcements.
